OUR STORY

EBB & FLOW Leather

Our name EBB & FLOW reflects the rhythmic tides of the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia — the place we call home and the inspiration behind every piece we craft.

Originally founded as a family-run passion project by Marcus and Niki, EBB & FLOW has always been about a deep love for leather: its rich feel, unique texture, distinctive smell, and timeless character. From the very beginning, the focus was on creating truly one-of-a-kind, handcrafted products — never mass-produced. Each item is meticulously made by hand, from the initial cutting and shaping, through stitching and embossing (often tooled by hand), resulting in wallets, phone cases, bags, and accessories that are genuinely unique. No two pieces are ever the same.

We proudly source our high-quality leather from some of the world’s oldest tanners in India, where traditional skills have been passed down through generations. This allows us to work with a beautiful variety — vegetable-tanned hides, full-grain cowhide, oily top-grain leathers — ensuring every product carries its own natural character and story. Built to last with timeless style, our pieces are designed for everyday use and satisfaction, as long as they're looked after with care.

Now, Anthony and Conan have taken over the brand, excited to carry on this legacy while bringing fresh energy and new designs to life. We’ve been part of the journey for years — we used to work alongside the original owners — and we come from over 15 years in the industry, starting with phone accessories and evolving through hands-on design and customer connections. Living right here on the Central Coast, we feel deeply connected to the brand’s roots and are committed to propelling EBB & FLOW forward with the same dedication to quality, individuality, and love for leather.
