5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We stand behind our products and fully comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of mind: We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges to your original payment method if you simply change your mind, decide you no longer like the product, find it cheaper elsewhere, or for any other non-fault reason. However, as a goodwill gesture, we may offer store credit (issued as a credit note for future purchases on our website or in-store) for unused/unworn items returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact, within [e.g., 14/30 days] of delivery. Store credit will be for the full product value (excluding original shipping fees), and return shipping costs are at your expense. This is at our discretion and subject to inspection upon return.
